Due to the continued success and exponential growth of the business, Morgan Ward NDT Ltd is recruiting for multiple personnel, of varying levels of experience, to join its established team in Wrocław, Poland.

As a trainee NDT technician, you’ll undertake training in multiple methods within the field of NDT, with a hands-on approach throughout your OJT (on the job training) and active involvement in learning inspection techniques within an MRO environment.

You need to have the following:

  • Ideally possess at least one year’s experience of working in a Part 145 organisation, OR
  • Possess work experience in an Aerospace or Engineering business, with a keen interest in pursuing a career in NDT
  • An analytical and methodical style of thinking, with exceptional communication skills, and the confidence to work both independently and as part of team
  • Full driver’s licence

As well as covering work at the company’s Wrocław facility, this position also brings exciting opportunities to support the company’s other European bases from time-to-time, so it’s essential that applicants are willing to work away from home and also work unsociable hours – including nights and weekends – to meet customer needs. Due to EASA requirements, applicants must be age 19 and above to be considered for this position.
