With the company’s phenomenal success, rapid expansion, and the very real vision and hunger for growing our operations further, there are exciting opportunities for trainee NDT technicians to join the company’s exceptional NDT team at our base in Kaunas, Lithuania. Your training will comprise of on the job experience across our sites in Lithuania and the UK, being in and amongst our NDT team, which is nothing short of the finest in its field.
You’ll undertake training in multiple methods within the field of NDT, with a hands-on approach throughout your OJT (on the job training) and active involvement in learning inspection techniques within an MRO environment.
You need to have the following experience and skills:
- Ideally possess at least one year’s experience of working in a Part 145 organisation, OR
- Possess work experience within an aerospace related environment, with a keen interest in pursuing a career in NDT
- An analytical and methodical style of thinking, with exceptional communication skills, and the confidence to work both independently and as part of team
- Able to follow instructions and work closely with the company’s Level 2’s and Site Manager
- Full driver’s licence
As well as covering work at the company’s Kaunas base, this position also brings prospects to work alongside some of our other bases in and around Europe, so it’s essential that applicants are willing to work away from home and also work unsociable hours – including nights and weekends – to meet customer needs. Due to EASA requirements, applicants must be age 19 and above to be considered for this position.
